Refund Policy:

All package sales and all services whether purchased outright or financed are non-refundable and / or non-cancellable except in the following circumstances:

Our medical director determines or agrees that in his sole discretion that you are no longer an appropriate candidate to receive treatment due to a medical condition. If you have commenced treatment the completed sessions will be adjusted to full price and the remaining balance for outstanding treatments that have not been performed will be refunded, less a $100 administrative fee. The refund will be processed and returned to you within 45 days in the same manner as they were collected where possible.

Cancellation and No-show policy

If you fail to attend for scheduled services or cancel scheduled services less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time, we will assess a fifty-dollar ($50.00) fee.
